Re-Educating our School

Well, this year we've decided that as our first green action we are going to re-educate all the kids about our reecyling program. Every year, we have new students that just transferred to our school, and some that are moving out of the only class romm in our school that chose not to participate in our project to a classroom that does. For this reason, we've decided that we need to teach everybody about our recycling program again. We're thinking about getting a composter, and I think that it would be cool if we get compact flourescent lightbulbs and put those in all the desk lamps in our school.
Today I also saw something that really excited me: 2 trash cans. Why are 2 trash cans so exciting you may ask? Well, today is trash day at our school and we have 6 trashcans compared to the 12 trash cans we had last year. Only 4 of our 6 trash cans were taken out by our cleaning man last night. That's a good thing, isn't it! That means that in retrospect, we should be filling up all of our recycling bins! This is working exactly as we hoped it would! See ya later lovies!
